Caps

Caps are a way of limiting the number of leads or the value of leads a client can receive over a period of time.

A cap can either be for an account or an account contract.

Both can be added and edited in their respective settings.

 

Cap name Short explanation
Lead based invoice period counts the leads over the period of the invoice (found in account settings)
Lead based since start of day counts the leads since the beginning of the day of the account
Lead based since start of week                 counts the leads since the beginning of the week of the account
Lead based since start of month                counts the leads since the beginning of the month of the account
Lead based the last 24 hours counts the leads in the last 24 hours from the moment a new lead arrives
Lead based the last 7 days counts the leads in the last 7 days from the moment a new lead arrives
Lead based the last 30 days counts the leads in the last 30 days from the moment a new lead arrives
Turnover based invoice period counts the value over the period of the invoice (found in account settings)
Turnover based since start of day counts the value since the beginning of the day of the account
Turnover based since start of week counts the value since the beginning of the week of the account
Turnover based since start of month counts the value since the beginning of the month of the account
Turnover based the last 24 hours counts the value in the last 24 hours from the moment a new lead arrives
Turnover based the last 7 days counts the value in the last 7 days from the moment a new lead arrives
Turnover based the last 30 days counts the value in the last 30 days from the moment a new lead arrives
